第23話『ビューティフルデイズ』

『次元を超える』は2月にロッテルダム国際映画祭でワールドプレミア公開をしました。ナ タリーでワールドプレミアのことが情報発信したので、ご存知かと思います。その後、ベル ギーの映画祭でも3月に上映がありました。4月はブラジルと台湾。これから毎月のように 海外映画祭での上映は決まっています。日本での上映は秋になります。暫し、お待ち下さい。

帰国してからオールディックフォギーの曲の MV を監督しました。3年前に亡くなった作 家の⻄村賢太のことを歌った『ビューティフルデイズ』という曲です。⻄村賢太の墓が能登 にあり、能登で撮影しました。地震から一年以上たち、まだ瓦礫の山が残る街でこの歌を聴 くと、刺さるものがありました。是非、ご覧くさい。能登に美しき日々を。

Episode 23, “Beautiful Days.

In February, “Beyond Dimensions” had its world premiere at the International Film Festival Rotterdam. You may have heard about the world premiere since we sent out information about it on Natalie. The film was also screened at a film festival in Belgium in March, and in Brazil and Taiwan in April. We are planning to screen the film at overseas film festivals every month from now on. The screening in Japan will be in the fall. Please wait for a while.

After returning to Japan, I directed a music video for a song by All Dick Foggy called “Beautiful Days” about the writer Kenta Nishimura, who passed away three years ago. We shot the video in Noto because Kenta Nishimura's grave is in Noto. More than a year after the earthquake, listening to this song in a town where piles of rubble still remain, it was a piercing experience. Please take a look. Wishing Noto beautiful days.
